Basic shoot includes:

• travel 1/2 hour away from golden
• shoot with my Nikon D50 system.
• location of your choosing, with input from me.
• using existing lighting and up to one external flash unit.
• unlimited poses, people and sittings.
• 400-600 digital photos taken
• photos will be at 6 meg resolution  2000 x 3000
• more than one Gigabyte results in additional charges.
• non-standard hours or difficult to access locations may carry surcharge.
   

use of models

• model selection by customer or photographer depending on needs.
• the more models the more complex the coordination of time the shoot becomes.
• no charge for no-shows of models that photographer selected or recommended.
• late arrivals of customer supplied models will be billed at standard rate.
• no show of customer supplied models day of shoot will be billed at 2 hours min if at location.
• 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to avoid one hour minimum fee.

Print preparation:

• most people want at least a few that are print ready on the CD.
• therefore I normally spend one hour after the shoot to process files and prepare for print.
• Processing includes: 
  • initial review of files to sort "good" from "bad" based on sharpness and overall appearance.
  • of the good ones, I will crop, color, contrast adjust them and pull out the "best ones"
  • Best files will be detailed inspected and resized to fit print sizes and resolutions.  

   

CD burning:

• commercial photos are delivered differently than personal photos due to usage.
• Two CDs will be created.
  • One that contains "all" and "good" photos as defined above for viewing only
  • second contains print ready "best" images.
• this is done to make the task of printing and hand off to web master less confusing and assuring that only those approved for use will be used.

• phone support for qualified web masters and print companies.
• unlimited printing via secure web site for anyone customer assigns.

Billed follow up services:

• manage printing for customer
• arrange for special printing needs not currently available via web site.
• additional digital enhancements
• adding photos to the Best list and allowing them to be publicly used.
• additional touch ups and improvements
• use of different backgrounds
• add or removing elements or people in a photos
• merge several good photos into one final one.
  ( I.e., groups where not everyone is looking at camera )
   
• creating slide shows, movies, html pages, contact sheets, file conversions etc. 
• and any thing else you can think of to digitally modify the photo.
