    produce 100-300 photos
    have as many people as you want to attend and shoot
    no sitting fee
    clock starts when photographer gets there.
    pets ok for family shoots
    several kids ok for HS senior shoots
    motorcycle ok for family and HS seinor shoots.
   not responsible for bad weather, book early morning to be safe.

Add for the following changes:
    $20 for week nights, 
    $200 for weekends
    $100 for indoors, 
    $30 booking fee   
    $1 per mile travel over 50 miles from golden

event based weddings:
    each major event in a wedding is billed the same
    major events being but not limited to:  
        wedding party Formals, family with couple formales, wedding cerimorny, document signing, 
        ride bikes to rececption,  
        reception candids, recieving line, toast, cake, garder / boquet toss, first dance,

Digital shooting Policy and costs.:

• Time billing system used.
• being prepared and on time reduces overall time necessary.
• Rounded up to nearest 1/2 hour increments.
• photographer is billed at full rate
• assistant is billed at %50 rate,
• Models have varying
• add travel time if more than 1/2 hour from Golden.
• Discounts and prices are negotiable ( see below )
• delays not caused by myself or assistant will be billed at normal rate.

computer time

• typically less than one Gigabyte of photos taken.
• NO charge for first gigabyte of photos which includes
  • upload to PC, Rename by date time, zip and archive to DVD.
  • one pass corrections of each photo for color, contrast, brightness adjustments.
  • review of photos with or without customer for best selection.
• computer time
  • Cropping of 50-100  good photos is included in price.
  • Discounted based on who does the work.
  • CD burning -- one CD is included containing all photos, bulk adjusted, up to 100 cropped good photos, up to 20 best photos.
  • acquiring stock photos for use as backgrounds.

Ownership

• copyright will be that of photographer's unless provided in writing to customer.
• guidelines are based on usage and may have expiration dates and renewal costs.
• personal use:  portraits paying customers own copyright of their own images.
• commercial use: 
  • one time usage of files labeled as Best is granted with paid gig.
  • use other than viewing on CD of non-best photos is not permitted
  • unlimited printing of best photos is permitted only via my secure web site.
• electronic use on web site of best photos is granted for one year with paid shoot.

Prints

• costs plus system used
• Print sales not made at time of shoot are to be handled via the internet web site www.PhatRattMotoPhoto.com
• lab used is photographer's choice based on quality, time and price
• inkjet printer is photographer's choice.

Gig Time Estimation Guidelines:

• individual shoots one hour if not less.
• 2-6 people I would allow 1.5 hours minimum.
• more than 6 people 2 hours minimum.
• pets, babies, small children, elderly, handicapped, or uncooperative people will add time to shoot.
• outdoor locations are subject to weather conditions
• people need to be on time and ready.
• delays not caused by myself or assistant will be billed the same rate.
• last minute changes must be agreed upon before shoot begins as it may affect back to back bookings.
• typically 2 hours per Gig of photos for basic no charge adjustments.
• photo shop time:  simple touch up 15 mins per photo
• minimum due is based on initial time agreed upon, unused time is still billed.
• prices and availability are subject to change any time and will affect unpaid for gigs.
• once a deposit is made to a gig the prices and terms are locked in
• once locked in,  no change without mutual consent.
